Nathaniel Deveaux S. is the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Founder of Blue Nova Technology, a company at the forefront of technological innovation. A true visionary, Nathaniel is an inventor and patent holder with expertise spanning software engineering, blockchain, artificial intelligence, mobile payments, inventory tracking systems, digital marketing, social media marketing, customer loyalty programs, and both mobile and web applications.
His diverse work experience began in 2008 as an Election Judge for the Chicago Board of Elections. Over the years, Nathaniel honed his skills in various roles, including as a Photo Technician and Customer Service Representative at Walgreens, a Sales Associate at EXPRESS and Finish Line, and a Database Management Systems Junior Project professional at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. He also gained valuable experience as a Business Technology Intern and later as a Software Engineer at Discover Financial Services.
In 2014, Nathaniel founded Blue Nova Technology, LLC, where he continues to lead the company with his innovative approach. In addition to his role at Blue Nova, he serves as the Board Chair of The Nathaniel D. Smith Center, demonstrating his commitment to community and technological advancement.

What strategies do you employ to ensure that Blue Nova Technology, LLC, remains competitive in the market?

How do you foster a culture of innovation and adaptability within your organization, considering the rapidly changing landscape of the business industry?
Blue Nova Technology fosters culture in a forever changing landscape by providing opportunities for individuals to grow and develop. Building partnerships and closely working together opens more possibilities for collaboration across teams. This promotes trust, customer satisfaction, and innovation by sharing ideas and solutions.

What steps do you take to attract and retain top talent in the industry, and how do you encourage professional growth and development within your organization?
Blue Nova Technology is always looking to grow our workforce with top talent. Talent can come from many places. Keep an eye out for those who take the initiative to learn and try new things. Those who take on new challenges to better a process, community, or task bring new ideas to tackle pressing problems most businesses face. Innovation usually comes out of demanding circumstances. Developing relationships allows for creating a work life balance that promotes growth and healthy relationships amongst teams. As founder of Blue Nova Technology, LLC, what is your overall vision for the company’s future and how do you plan to achieve it?
As founder of Blue Nova Technology, my overall vision of the company is to continue to engage in topics that boost collaboration with stakeholders, investors, and shareholders. Constructing innovative solutions to reducing barriers to entry and sealing partnerships. This will allow us to continue to offer better pricing, solutions, and services that grow the company.
What advice would you give to aspiring leaders or individuals looking to join the industry?
We all face challenges in striving to reach our goals. Sometimes it will feel impossible. In my earlier days, not giving up when things got tough was the biggest barrier to reaching my goals. Things take time and may require many tasks to complete. Finding focus time to complete a task in one go, may not always be possible. Breaking down tasks may be the most significant thing that you can do. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. No one does anything along. So don’t feel discouraged if a task is too hard to tackle along. Break it down, ask for help, and give it your best shot.
