Describe who you are as a person, inside and outside of the workplace.
I am the same in a business or casual setting. I know what is appropriate to say when and where, but I am always honest, outgoing, and approachable. My kids always tell me I can have a conversation with anyone at any time. I never judge, nor do I think I am different from anyone else. My friends always say, “Ronith is so nice and accepts everyone.”
What has made you successful as a business expert?
Listening, being passionate, and always being willing to learn. What do you value? Honesty and integrity
Which are the company’s primary services, and how do they get ahead in the competition?
We enjoy working with companies that invest in those patients who do not have a voice.
What are the most important aspects of a company’s culture?
Being able to be you. What principles do you believe in, and how do you build this culture? Treat others like you want to be treated. establish a space where everyone feels comfortable including their voice.
What is the significance of innovative ideas in the company?
Creating a community in the Rare Disease market where we are the go-to firm.

Most companies want to believe they function as a team, but that isn’t always true.
What are your responsibilities at the company?
Being a business owner and one of the partners, my number one responsibility is building the business, but as an owner, I am involved with almost everything. What is the happiest part of your daily routine? Speaking with my clients and candidates, I love hearing their stories and journies. (Most of my clients have become good friends.)
What advice would you give someone going into a leadership position for the first time?
Be honest, authentic, and listen. Don’t hire only those that fit the square peg. I have found that so many talented people are overlooked because their resumes might not tell everything about them.
